Plugin content and processing
The package supplies instructions, examples and templates for offer clarification, StoryBrand messaging and marketing briefs. It does not contain a publisher-operated API, account system, analytics component, payment system or database. The plugin does not automatically transmit your conversations, documents or generated material to the publisher or a publisher-operated service.
The publisher does not receive, retain, share or use those conversation contents through this plugin. ChatGPT processes conversations within its own service. The handling of those conversations, including storage and available controls, follows the host’s applicable privacy policy and account settings. This plugin does not change those controls. See OpenAI’s privacy policy.
Sources and saved results
If you ask the assistant to read or save information using other connected tools, those tools and their providers process the authorized information under their own policies. This plugin does not operate those services or grant access to them.
Information you choose to save stays subject to the storage provider’s retention and deletion controls. There is no automatic copy to the publisher. Installation does not grant access to earlier chats or files.
Support messages
If you email the publisher for support, the email address, message and any attachments you choose to send are received to answer your request and related follow-up questions. This is a separate voluntary contact and is not an automatic transfer from the plugin. Share only the information needed to explain the issue.
Support email is handled through Google Workspace (Gmail). Google processes that information as the email service provider. The contact-processing information and legal bases in the general website privacy notice apply to this contact.
Support information is kept only for as long as needed for those purposes or required by applicable legal retention obligations, as explained in the general retention notice.
Your controls and requests
Manage conversation data using the controls provided by your host. Manage saved files using the storage service you chose.
For personal information deliberately sent to the publisher for support, you can request access, correction or deletion, and exercise applicable rights to restriction, objection or portability. These rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law. Contact plugins@thomasruemmele.com.
